I was given the option last night to do either work outs. I decided to be ballsy and do the regular class. It was only me and this other guy who were separated doing our own work out.
 
Results A: 55-65-75-85-95-105-115-120
The most I've power cleaned was 90 lbs and the most I've push jerked was 115 lbs. I pushed really hard but I was super off yesterday. I think I'm just not doing well this week, lol. I decided to do the regular's class so I can practice my power cleans and jerks. Must get better. On a brighter note, I PRed!
 
Results B: I did my power cleans and push jerks at 85 lbs. Talk about a challenge! I finished at 30:45. It was so hard, I wanted to stop after finishing 5 rounds, but with the support of the man who was working out with me, I got through it. I must say, it's one ass whooping trying to keep up with a competitor, lol.
 
Right when I sat in my car, my body was so achey, I wanted to cry. This was the first time EVER that I was shaking and wanting to scream and cry from the pain. But I didn't. I had the chance to lie down and relax and I felt better.
 
I was hardcore craving a burger and a beer last night. Instead, I had this... Yummy :)
