So, apparently I've been officially initiated into the Crossfit Community. Why?
I got my first callus tear. No, not WHILE doing a WOD, but because I kept picking at my callus and it snagged onto my shirt and made me bleed.

Results A: I PRed on power cleans on 10/26/12 at 125 lbs. I've been very self conscious about how I do my cleans ever since I did that women's seminar. Last night, after Coach D critiquing me and and helping me with my form, and after 3 failed attempts, I finally power cleaned the RIGHT way AND PRed at 135 lbs :) !! I have to remember to keep my posture, and use my legs, oh, and get under it fast, lol. A lot to work on! When I was holding it, all I heard was Coach D say YEAHHH!! And there you go, hearing me suffering asking "DID I DO IT?" I did, and I forgot that I am now 25 years old and started jumping up and down flailing my arms with excitement, lol.
Results B: I was able to do 4 rounds plus 12 double unders! I'm horrible with double unders and at most, I can do 6 in a row. I did it at 65 lbs... so not only did I PR in my power cleans, I went prescribed too! I'm so happy!
After the WOD, I hung around the gym for a bit and ended up going to The Counter with my family. I got a 2/3 lb beef patty atop lettuce, with scallions, bacon, hardboiled eggs, mushrooms and basil pesto sauce. Excellent dinner.
I was having a good day, and it got even better! My brother gave me my Christmas presents (SUPER DUPER) early :) But it's never too early for presents :)
I got two Reebok Crossfit jackets, grey and red. And you know what... this is the first time in 3 years that I can finally fit a size large. And I don't care who knows, but my boobies are finally shrinking! YES I am happy about this! LOL. Check my jacket out! I'm all gross and sweaty from the WOD but pfft... perrretty snazzy!
