Warm up: 100 rope turns + 2 rounds of "Cindy" (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats) and Ero warm up

A: Thrusters (from the ground) 7 x 1

B: 5 rounds for time:
500m row
10 thrusters (135/95)

Results A: I was super excited to use my new oly shoes! It feels good. Anyways, I haven't done thrusters since I've hurt my shoulder back in October. Last time, it was at 65 lbs. Yesterday... 65-75-85-95-105-115-125 :) So, I guess that means I PRed 6 times, lol.

Results B: During the strength part, 95 lbs felt pretty hard. I feel like I should have gone Rx. My time was 18:55 at 85 lbs. It hurt so bad that I had to go on the floor. That's not often either.

Overall, I had a slow work day, caught up on Revenge, PRed on my Thrusters, used my Adipower oly shoes, made some yummy ribeye steak and sweet potato fries, AND I was featured on CrossFit Ero's website :) I'll create a new post.

So, for the past year and a half, I have made it a point to do things to get out of my comfort zone. Even if it's as minuscule as going to farmers market. 
BTW, I went to a farmers market for the first time on Saturday! The BFF has been wanting to go and we finally had the chance to. So, you know how they sell organic and fresh produce? Yeah... We didn't get any of that. However, we did taste test some fruits and it was friggin bombskies! 

Nutella filled Hawaiian donut. What's up. 

BFF got her flowers and I got my macaroons from Munch Bakery. Turns out her dad and my dad golf together. 
Random question: how far would you drive to buy a couple pairs of pants?
To answer that for myself... 80 miles round trip... And the pants weren't even for me, lol. 
Shoutout to the BFF for sticking it out with me! 

After four, and I repeat, FOUR hours of searching for pants, the BFF and I met up with Big Bruddah at Gen KBBQ! Best decision of my life!
