As promised, I rested on Friday. It was definitely a much needed rest. But, it didn't stop me from WODing with Nancy on Saturday morning.

Warm up: "Cali" as in "calisthenics" (jogged, high knees, butt kicks, karaokes, sprint to jog) plus the Ero warm up

A: 15 minutes of gymnastics practice (handstand walk, muscle ups, rope climb, etc)

B: "Jackie"

Results A: Last Sunday, I went to open gym and really tried to the rope climb. I spent most of Saturday doing handstand walks and doing the rope again. I ended up walking 5 steps in a handstand, and I climbed to the very top of the rope. When I got to the top, I yelled for Coach J and WOOP! He witnessed it :) I was scared to come down so he helped guide me down with the rope. I was so stoked. Unfortunately, no muscle ups for me.

Results B: My time was 12:01 at 35 lbs doing negative pull ups. I was pleased with my time, considering the pain I was in and not having slept well the night before (I had kbbq and Coldstone's with my friend the night before... FAILEO.) ... I did pretty well I think.

Post WOD, Nancy and I went to get breakfast and we also ran errands for CrossFit Ero Holiday Party :)
