Warm up: 1k run and Ero warm up

A: Power Snatch 7 x 1

B: "Randy"
75 power snatches for time 75/55

C: 3 x 20 V-ups

Results A: I was shooting for setting another PR but I just didn't have the strength in me to do it. I did get to 100 lbs though. My PR was at 110 lbs.

Results B: 9:52 Rx :) I'm glad I went Rx'd but I wish I finished faster. After about 7-10 snatches, I would have to stop and stretch my wrist out. It's definitely getting stronger and healing. Just gotta pay attention to it.

After the WOD, I went thome to get ready. Everyone who said they'll go with me ended up flaking on me. Saddity. Anyways, it was my WOD partner's birthday celebration at Chelsea's in Hermosa. We ended up drinking and bar hopping over to American Junkie and got our untz untz on. Poor Mike, the birthday boy, got so wasted we ended up going to Taco Sinaloa. He does not remember suggesting this. LOL. Please see bottom right picture below.

On Friday, I dressed for cool weather. But then it started hailing. The picture below was taken at work. Horrible I tell you! I ended up hanging out at The Block and finally watched Django. That movie was long, but it was good. Dragged on for a bit but I still liked it :)

On Saturday night, I headed out to Santa Monica, tried this place called Buddha's Belly. It was freaking delicious. I had a Green Tea Tiramisu and OMG. New FAVE!

I finally got on the ferris wheel and walked along the beach. It was nice. Considering how often I've been to 3rd Street Promenade. It was cool.

Yesterday, I took my good friend, Veronica out for her birthday. Her birthday was on Wednesday. I took her to The Counter in Torrance and we headed to Del Amo for a little bit of shopping. It's always good times with this chick.

I ended my weekend with Dan. I went over and we just hung out, grabbed some pizza and watched our shows. I've fallen off the Paleo Wagon and I really need to get to it. Perhaps Lent is the time to better myself?

What are you doing for Lent?
*Side note: I am not a practicing Catholic, and I don't like the idea of "giving something up" but more about "what are you doing to be a better person?"
