CrossFit Ero Throwdown

I know it has been a wh ile, but on Saturday, June 1st was CrossFit Ero's 1st Throwdown!
 
There were three WODs:
 
WOD 1: CF Ero Crippler (20 minute time cap)
250m row
50ft overhead lunge 45/25
10 lateral burpees
20 thrusters 75/55
30 over the box jumps 24/20
40 wall ball shots 20/14
30 over the box jumps 24/20
20 thrusters 75/55
10 lateral burpees
50ft overhead lunge 45/25
250m row
 
WOD 2: Ground to Overhead Ladder
1 minute on, 1 minute off to transition
Womens: 65-75-85-95-105-115-125-135-145-155 lbs
Mens: 115-135-155-175-195-215-235-255-275-295-315 lbs
 
WOD 3
3 minute prowler push 225/155 - max distance
then 2 minutes to get 3 attempts at max broad jump
 
Results:
WOD 1: 16:10
WOD 3 Prowler: 9.5
WOD 3 Broad Jump: 72"
 
I placed 1st between the women, and Cecilia placed 2nd! I managed to PR my clean and split jerk during WOD 2, I was so stoked about that. It was a super struggle, but it was just a good experience. It was a good way to motivate the members and perhaps consider doing a competition in the future.
 
 
 
 
 
Perhaps once my stupid thumb heals, or rather when I let it rest rest rest... and can string together 7-10 pull ups, I'll do a competition.
 
Oh, and I went to my VERY FIRST DODGER GAME on June 3rd. Win! :)
