Warm up: 200 rope turns and stretch

A: Power Clean & Push Jerk 7x1

B: "Grace"
30 clean & jerk for time (135/95)

Results A: I was so disappointed in myself. I was having the worst trouble cleaning the damn bar. I don't want to make excuses, but I was so weak! I seriously was upset and wanted to just quit.

65-75-85-95-100-105-115

Good thing I didn't. I found my new PR at 115 lbs :)

Results B: 6:16 at 65 lbs ... I was still disappointed at my lack of strength. I couldn't get the technique down. Glad I finished though.

B: For Time:
30 wall ball shots
400m run
20 wb shots
400m run
10 wb shots
400m run

Results A: Last time I did this, I did it at 55 lbs ...
65-75-85-95-105 ... hit another PR :) I still felt weak yesterday though

Results B: 11:12 using an 8 lb ball ... I need to challenge myself further and try 10 lbs

Ever since I told my brother that I've got the OK to attend the all levels sessions, he's been encouraging me to WOD with the other experienced crossfitters. Let me tell you, yesterday, I was the only noob. Talk about my comfort zone being, lack for a better word, broken. They're good peepz anyhow :) Needless to say, I felt disappointed that I was the last one to finish the WOD, but I felt good being around these people.

I'm not feeling as bad as the last few days.Today is my 4th day in a row. I hope I don't die. We'll be doing snatches today. I've only done it once. So... dun dun dun. We'll see. Gotta push through today then get ready for another busy weekend!

I can't wait for August to be over. Then I can go back to being a recluse. lol. BTW, I heard Gangnam Style on the radio yesterday. And it totally made my day.
