I got you, double unders.

It was super difficult trying to get myself to the gym yesterday. My body is completely torn up from this weekend. One of the guys there has been requesting Kit Kats because I went to the store with mom this weekend and she bought a bag of them. And if you know me... they're my absolute fave! So, he demanded, and I gave. LOL. I'm proud that I haven't caved in yet. Anyways, I did do the advanced work out with one of the other girls there.

Warm up: 1k jog and ero warm up

A: 20 x back squats at 70-75% of 1 rep max

B: For time:
500m row
75 double unders
30 hand stand push ups
75 double unders
500m row

Results A: 155 lbs - I did exactly between 70-75%, lol. I did 2 sets of 5 first, and finished the last 10 in a row. It got me tired as shit.

I had time in between to chill and set up for the metcon. It was cool just relaxing.

B: 16:33
I did at most 6 double unders in a row! I did maybe 25-30 double unders total and finished the rest doing 100-150 single turns. For the hand stand push ups, I got into the handstand and lowered myself slowly, brought my legs down and did it again. That was definitely a challenge.

I got excited doing my double unders and I couldn't get back into it, plus I was exhausted. Glad I went last night though, my body feels loosened up a bit. I hope I can last tonight!

Nancy is going to WOD with me at Ero today! I'm excited. Hopefully she will join me soon :)

Paleo Update: I'm doing better this week. I was lazy to cook last night but good thing I had leftovers from Sunday night. I don't think I'm going through that carb flu anymore. I plan on making more Sweet Potato Mash and cauliflower rice tonight. I got a new food processor so I can't wait to throw down on that, lol. I also have the Nom Nom Paleo app, so I gotta utilize that too. So much to do!
