Angry Girl

I was having one of the WORST days at work. After a nice, long holiday weekend, work was just... NO. The clients, the last minute demands... Just... BAH. I was over it by the time 4 pm rolled around.

Warm up: 1k run and Ero warm up

A: Push Press 7 x 1

One round consists of:
1 push press @ 70% of body weight
1 pull up
3 push press
3 pull up
5 push press
5 pull ups

Results A: The last time I PRed was on October 9, 2012 and I hit 120 lbs. I was so mad and just so full of anger that these were my results... 65-85-95-115-125-135-140 ... I PRed 3 times, lol.

Results B: I did 5 rounds + 3 push press + 2 pull ups (at 90 lbs)... I think I used so much of my energy during the strength portion of the work out that I was super beat during the metcon.

Needless to say, crossfit made my day much better.
