Thanksgiving WOD, Thursday, November 22, 2012
 
Warm up: 1k run and Ero warm up
 
1 minute at each station for 28 minutes
  • Farmers Carry
  • Prowler Push
  • Fat Bar Deadlift
  • Dball to top of box
  • Box Jump
  • Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
  • Ring Push Ups
  • Row
  • Sit ups
  • Sled Pull
  • Wall Ball
  • Jump Rope
  • Overhead Lunge
  • Jumping Squats
I tried writing my results on my body but I sweat it off :( I don't care though because I got to partner up with one of the beasts and it was a great work out! Seeing everyone there made this WOD even more fun!
 
 
Had a BEAST of a Thanksgiving. I ate... A LOT.
You can tell I was just like UGH, I'm full. My posture is horrible. LOL.
 
One of the best things about this holiday weekend... Watching The Walking Dead with my brother. We were able to catch up to see the new episode on Sunday! BAWSSSEEE.
