Warm up: 1k run and Ero warm up

A: Back Squat x 20 (muscle endurance)

B: "Barbara"
5 RFT with 30 minute cut off
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 air quats
Rest 3 minutes in between

Okay first and foremost, you know how I posted that yummy looking pasta the other day? WORST DECISION EVER! During our stretches/warm ups, I felt SO sick. It was ridiculous. After the warm ups, I felt so sick that when I went to go pee, I looked at the toilet and threw up! HORRIBLE. Right before the back squats, I threw up. Right after the back squats, I threw up again. Talk about shock!!

Results A: Last time I back squatted at 155 lbs, this time, only 115 lbs because 1. my back was sore from the deadlifts and 2. I was feeling sick.

Results B: Negative pull ups, knee push ups
I completed 3 rounds + 20 pull ups + 30 push ups and 39 sit ups

After the nausea subsided, Cecilia and I were going to go get Indian food, all part of our post-paleo binging. Good thing we didn't. Some of the people at the gym invited us to go eat KBBQ. We ended up going to Shilla in Gardena. Ten of us showed up. This was my first outing with some of the crossfitters at Ero and it was a lot of fun. I ate better AND I drank, fail. But I was buzzed, laughed, got along with them. Just a good, and fun experience.
