Warm up: 200 rope turns and Ero warm up

A: Back Squat 5 x 5

B: For time: 150 push ups
Everytime you stop and rest with your chest on the floor, it counts as a penalty = 200 meter sprint. You must complete penalty immediately

C: 3 x 20 abmat sit ups

Results A: I'm still sore from Monday's work out, so I was totally sandbagging yesterday (UGH). I hit 145 lbs by my 5th set. I could've done more.

Results B: 35 regular push ups, 115 girly push ups - 9:45

Yesterday's WOD was perfect because I couldn't push any harder. It's the weather, I tell you.
