I had an amazing rest on Friday night. Nancy was supposed to WOD with me and Cecilia on Saturday morning but she wasn't feeling well.

Warm up: 200 rope turns + Ero warm up

A: EMOTM for 10
1 strict press
1 push press

B: Tabata
Sit ups
Wall balls

Results A: My strict press PR is 80 lbs. I did this work out at 75 lbs. I need to find my 1 rep max now for that. It was a struggle. I need to practice dipping and pushing my knees out while I do the push press.

Results B: Active 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds for 4 minutes. DEATH.
Our results are based on our LOWEST rep count per set. I had to estimate because I counted totals.

Burpees: 12 low, 52 total
Sit ups: 18 low, 84 total
Wall balls (14#): 9 low, 48 total

My hands are so bruised and whatnot. About halfway during the wall balls, I caught it and squatted too low that I literally fell on my ass. I kept laughing and I felt bad because I kept distracting poor Cecilia.
