Cecilia, Nancy and I before Filthy 50.

Warm up: 1k run and Ero warm up

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Results: My time was 31:23 using a 20" box, 26 lbs kettle bell, 35 lb push press, 35 lb good mornings/back extensions, 10 lb wall ball shots (I couldn't find a 14 lb ball), and 150 single turns

After that beast of a work out, Nancy, Cecilia, Coach D and I went to Stacked and had a fat ass dinner. Note to self: Don't tickle a man who's a black belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu and Judo, LOL.
