(Sub with 27-21-15 with pull ups and ring dips)
Squat Snatch (135/95)
 
Results A: 55-65-75-80-85-95-100
I PRed at 100 lbs! The last time I did snatches... it was back in September at 95 lbs. I probably could have done more weight, but I really need to get the fundamentals down.
 
Results B: I had to sub with the pull ups and ring dips... I did negative pull ups, and used an orange stretchy band for the ring dips. I couldn't do prescribed so I did it at 75 lbs. My time was 13:18.
 
After we completed the WOD and cleaned up, Cecilia and I did 3 x 20 abmat sit ups.
 
She dropped me off at home, so my brother and I decided to go have dinner. I showered and I KTFO.
 
Now I'm well rested, super sore... I think I pulled something in my arm/shoulder, and I'm hyper. With lots to do and little time to do so. If only I could take a half day off at work...
