Skee TV: Fort Minor

So let me tell you. I've never won anything... EVER. During my Monday mini break, I was on instagram and saw that Skee TV was having a giveaway. Pretty much just comment on that picture of Mike Shinoda/Fort Minor and that's my entry.
Skee TV added me on instagram, and commented on one of my pictures (Rawle D. Lewis) saying I was chosen! I emailed them and boom. I got my tickets.
I followed Fort Minor since Mike Shinoda created it and man, it was AWESOME. And I can knock it off my bucket list - going to a rap/hip hop show. Also got a glimpse of Mr. Hahn!
I don't care what you say. I'm happy AF.

Since I won, the Skee TV rep hooked it up with some merchandise. Mike Shinoda signed the snapback. I fangirled so hard.

After the show, we managed to head to Guisados and got some mafuggin tacos.

PS. Add me on instagram! My username is acerz <3 about that comfort zone

So, for the past year and a half, I have made it a point to do things to get out of my comfort zone. Even if it's as minuscule as going to farmers market.
BTW, I went to a farmers market for the first time on Saturday! The BFF has been wanting to go and we finally had the chance to. So, you know how they sell organic and fresh produce? Yeah... We didn't get any of that. However, we did taste test some fruits and it was friggin bombskies!

Nutella filled Hawaiian donut. What's up.

BFF got her flowers and I got my macaroons from Munch Bakery. Turns out her dad and my dad golf together.
Random question: how far would you drive to buy a couple pairs of pants?
To answer that for myself... 80 miles round trip... And the pants weren't even for me, lol.
Shoutout to the BFF for sticking it out with me!

After four, and I repeat, FOUR hours of searching for pants, the BFF and I met up with Big Bruddah at Gen KBBQ! Best decision of my life!
Another comfort-zone-breaker... I …

Leilani Joy

Last weekend, I went to Dowtown Disney to meet one of my favorite artists, Leilani Joy! I was really stoked. I met her several years ago at The Pink Parlour Festival when it was held at the Santa Anita racetrack.
I picked up a couple of her new prints and she personalized it for me. I roamed around the Wonderground Gallery and ended up picking up a smaller print for Bubs. I'm not one to shove my interests onto anyone unless I'm totally passionate about it :)

Look at her! "Frozen" inspired outfit! She was so sweet. She did recognize my Instagram username (acerz).

It was ridiculously hot last weekend. It was nice just getting out in the sun again. I just don't like getting darker... Make up is expensive.

The weekend called for some tacos... Some Tito's Tacos.

Bubs has been super supportive. I used to know a bit about cameras but I'm so out of touch. I'm feeling inspired, so my dad gave me his old camera. It definitely doesn't have the same func…

Sugar Adventure

Have you seen Avengers: Age of Ultron yet? If you haven't, you better go! Bubs and I went on Thursday and watched it in 3D, I'm not a big fan of 3D shows, it hurts my eyes, but you know... when it comes to choosing great seats (smack dab in the very middle), you have to sacrifice. It was long, but it was action packed. I'm a big fan of Robert Downey Jr and Ironman, but after this movie, I definitely love Thor and Captain America.

It was a slow Friday at work so I decided to walk and stretch... I ended up at Starbucks. I tried their new S'more Frap. It's pretty good. I'm not used to consuming this amount of sugar and whole milk. It's like, layered with marshmallow whipped cream at the bottom, chocolate, the frap part, topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs on top. Mix that bad boy up and daaaaamn.
So, I spent some time with my best friend, Nancy, yesterday and we headed to Starbucks. Nothing like a nice Saturday afternoon conversing about a w…

Well, 2 years later...

Happy 2015!

Let me just start off with saying that HOLY CRAP I can honestly say I forgot about my website.

Life happened.

Lots happened.

I've been contacted to sell my "" but let's face it. It's been with me since I was in high school.

Happy 14th anniversary!

I cannot promise you that I will update this regularly, but I do plan on giving a brief-but-long-rundown of my life.

Until then... HAPPY FRIDAY!
