Warm up: 1k run and Ero warm up

A: Back Squat
1 x 3 @ 60% of 1 rep max
1 x 3 @ 70%
1 x 3 @ 75%
4 x 3 @ 80%

B: 5 rounds for time
5 kettle bell swings, 2 pood
Suicide runs

Results A: My 1 rep max for my back squat is 230 lbs. It was hard focusing yesterday because one of the guys next to me sounded like a car on hydraulics. And then he wanted to go at the same time, to hide his hydraulics with my labor sounds. Yes, I either sound like I'm having sex or giving birth. My weights were: 135-160-175-185

Results B: I used 44 lbs kettle bells. I was doing well... up until the 4th round. Due to my poor eating right before the WOD, I ended up running to the bathroom and threw up. FAIL FAIL DNF OMG.

When I got out of the bathroom, we all had to do 30 burpees. Horrible. HORRIBLE.

After that, 3 x 20 abmat sit ups.

This whole 80/20 Paleo thing isn't working for me. I think my body really wants to be Whole 30 Paleo, or just fat, lol.

Needless to say that I'm super disappointed with myself. Gonna make up for it tonight...
