Nancy and I got there early and some of the guys were messing around doing hand stand walks and head stands. So, Coach D invited me to try. I used to do handstands when I was younger and I guess I have awesome muscle memory because I did it! I have a bump on my head though from doing headstands without a mat. Woops. Hooray for flexibility!

Warm Up: 1k run and Ero warm up

EMOTM 10min cap
5 burpees then
max effort thrusters for remaining min

Results: I did it at 65 lbs and it was SO hard. I started off strong... doing about 15 thrusters, then it went down to like 7, then 5, and then 3-4. Talk about one freaking bitch of a WOD!

I was going to WOD yesterday but the WOD was a longer variation of Saturday's work out. Sooo, I decided to stay home, hang out with mom and went shopping, and baked some paleo friendly cookies and caught up on some shows :)
