I PRed my 2 rep max :) I'm still trying to get the technique down. I think I'm getting under better, but my end position of my feet are too wide. DAMN IT!

Results B: 7:27 at 95 lbs
Big B was right behind me and he's all "I'm gonna getcha, Stacy! C'mon!" So it made my sprinting that much faster, lol. One of the other guys there acknowledged my speed. Not the first time I've heard that (during softball, I'd be the 3rd at bat, and I was known for bunting... since I was good at putting the ball down, and I hauled ass... )

Results C: I did a total of 12 kipping pull ups between all the sets. I definitely need to practice more, but I can feel where I need to tighten up.

Such a good work out that during the WOD, I threw up in my mouth. NO LIE. TMI? I don't care, lol. BTW, does anyone have a US DVD rip of No Retreat, No Surrender? Cuz 1. That's how Big B made me feel today, and 2. It's a good Bruce Lee inspired movie.

After my WOD, Nancy texted me and we ended up going to La Puente to see a friend and his new puppy. Look at it. LOOK AT IT.

Meet Gizmo.
