Warm up: 100 rope turns and Ero warm up
(I should have known by the low rope turn count that the WOD was going to kill me.)

“The Seven”

Seven rounds for time of:

7 Handstand push-ups
135/95 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245/185 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups

I obviously scaled, lol:

Negative HSPU
Knees to Chest when I couldn't do Knees to elbows
1 pood
Negative pull ups

Results: 33:01 with a 35 minute time cap
When I finished, I just laid down on the bench and contemplated life

I'm not sure what's worse... this or the Filthy 50. Regardless, anything with the number in the name isn't going to be good.

I made up for my pukage from Tuesday.

About 5 people asked if I puked.
